HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED, AND WHY AREN'T THEY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and distance from our warehouse to your delivery address. These costs are passed on to you at our exact expense. As a result, we are unable to provide an estimate for shipping costs before you enter your postcode.
I WANT MY PACKAGE LEFT IN A SAFE SPOT IF NO ONE IS HOME. HOW CAN I ENSURE THIS?
By default, our delivery procedure is to leave your package at a safe location if no one is at home. If you prefer to personally receive the package, please indicate this in the notes section during checkout. We will ensure that the package requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, the delivery driver may leave a notice in your mailbox and drop the package off at your local post office.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
