"Stumbled across Frank n Al Chai at the Eynesbury Farmer’s Market a few months ago and after a wonderful chat while taste testing (gluten free and vegan) the options I went away with some Yerba Maté Chai. My work colleagues are so grateful I did. Having ADHD that I can no longer medicate due to other health issues has meant by the afternoon I am often ‘extra’, a Yerba Maté Chai after lunch stablises my behaviour and improves my focus and executive control, plus that taste is banging. Bonus I don’t have to remember to have it, if I forget there are half a dozen volunteers offering to make it for me. Sold on the benefits, I ordered the 3 tins for my sister’s birthday present online. I never mentioned that it was for a gift and when I opened the box to wrap it (after it arrived in record time might I add) it was beautifully gift wrapped. Online services are second to none. My sister loves her gift and will be ordering more once she is out."

"I purchased some of the chai at the East Bentleigh Farmer’s Market in April. I’m so glad I stopped at the stand. Not only was the conversation a delight but it made me feel really good. The saying ‘people will remember how you made them feel, long after they’ve forgotten what you said’ is so true. The person I spoke with probably won’t even remember the conversation, but the good feeling it gave me will always stick with me when I think of your brand. It’s so important to keep connecting with people in person and it reminded me of this. I ended up drinking the chai morning and night because it was so delicious, but it meant I ran through it so quickly! I'm so glad I could order more online! I was given a pot of your delicious chai by a friend about a year ago, it’s taken me a while to get through it as I’m much more of a coffee drinker, but I definitely appreciate it for an evening treat or when the chai desire arises. Stupidly I missed the chance to purchase some while I was at the Torquay Farmers' Market yesterday, so I rode my bike out to Ket Baker this morning knowing that it was previously there… alas, no stock! In the afternoon I was close to East Fruit Market so popped in there assuming they must have it… but alas, they did not either! Again made a bad choice and begrudgingly purchased one from your “competitor“ (hint: initials GP). I really felt like a chai this afternoon so prepared it and wondered why it was looking so insipid and weak… But then read the box properly and their chai requires you to use a tablespoon, not a teaspoon! And it is incredibly disappointing, just tastes like a lot of sugar that is mildly spiced. Plus it contains caffeine, which is not clearly stated on the packaging (well it doesn’t say it’s caffeine free either, so I was aware of that when I purchased it). I feel like throwing it out as soon as I can top up my Frank n Al again. Thanks for an excellent product and the perfect satisfying blend, and thrilled to hear that you’re in Wallington too, as I grew up there and my parents still live there. Also appreciate very much besides it being caffeine free that it is gluten-free and vegan, so I can serve it to family and friends of all dietary inclinations. Have a great Christmas."
